No — this is an unpaid vocational placement, the standard arrangement for academic/professional internships in Australia. You won't be treated as an employee of the host business.

Yes — once your placement and pricing are confirmed, you can choose to split your fee into 6 instalments — the first when you enrol, then one every 2 weeks — instead of paying in full. There's no extra cost for choosing this option.
Matching with a real host business in your field, resume & interview preparation, a dedicated coordinator supporting you throughout your placement, and a Certificate of Completion at the end.
No. It's Intern Gateway's own certificate recognising that you completed the program — it is not a nationally recognised (AQF) qualification or Statement of Attainment.
In-company means you work on-site at the host's premises. Virtual means the placement is entirely remote/work-from-home. The program content and support are the same either way.
